摘要

B细胞淋巴瘤是一类异质性较强的恶性肿瘤,全球发病率增长快,死亡率高。近年来,随着对B细胞淋巴瘤增殖、生成、分化等过程关键信息通路认识的提高,相关特异性靶向药物的开发和应用得到国际社会的普遍关注。该文结合文献共被引分析方法,对激酶抑制剂治疗B细胞淋巴瘤研究前沿涉及的主要问题、现状及发展趋势等问题进行了描述和分析。

Abstract

B-cell lymphoma is a highly heterogeneous malignant tumor, whose global incidence grows rapidly and with relative high cancer mortality. In recent years, key signal pathways in B-cell lymphoma proliferation, generation, differentiations have been well understood, which lead to concerns of development and application of related targeting drugs. In this paper, we make a description and analysis of key research contents and trends of kinase inhibitors for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma, mainly based on co-citation analysis methods.
