摘要

进入21世纪以来,随着人类基因组计划的完成,非编码核糖核酸研究逐渐成为生命科学领域的研究热点。该文以Web of Science数据库为数据源,以Thomson Data Analyzer软件为工具,通过对非编码RNA相关文献进行分析,梳理该学科的发展历程与重点方向,为中国在该领域的发展提供参考。

Abstract

In the 21st century, with the completion of the Human Genome Project, non-coding RNA gradually becomes a hot topic in the field of life sciences. The development process and direction of the field of ncRNA were analyzed and summarized by using data extracted from the Web of Science database. Thomson Data Analyzer was used as a software tool. The development suggestions in this field were proposed for China research policy.
