中国科学院(中科院)和中国九校联盟(C9高校)是我国国家创新体系中两支非常重要的科研力量，在推动我国科学研究工作的快速发展中发挥了极其重要的作用。基于汤森路透科技集团的科学引文索引、基本科学指标、期刊引证报告等权威数据库，采用文献计量方法，从论文总量、高被引论文数量、高影响力期刊论文数量等角度，分学科、分年度对中科院和C9高校近10年间发表的相关论文进行统计分析，以比较两者的科研影响力，为探索新型科研管理模式、进一步推动中国科研工作健康快速发展提供参考。研究结果表明：中科院和C9高校的整体科研影响力比较接近；但在具体学科领域，两者的科研影响力差异较大，各有所长。

Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and China's C9 League (C9) are two of the most important research institutes in China's national innovation system. They have played vital roles in promoting the rapid
development of China's scientific research. Based on the databases of Thomson Reuters's, such as SCI/SCI, ESI, JCR, and etc., this paper carried out a comprehensive comparative analysis between CAS and C9 on their scientific research influences using bibliometrics methods. The results show that, CAS and C9's whole scientific research influences are very close. But in different fields, they often vary greatly, and each has his merits.
