摘要

2009年至2013年期间,战略性新兴产业类别中国知识产权局授权发明专利量整体呈增长态势。主要特点为：七大战略性新兴产业发明专利授权量增速差异明显;国内发明专利授权量高于国外在华发明专利授权量;日、美保持战略性新兴产业国外在华发明专利授权量的绝对优势;企业在战略性新兴产业发明专利授权量中占据主体地位。

Abstract

The number of invention patents for strategic emerging industries granted by SIPO assumes a growth trend as a whole during 2009-2013. The growth difference of invention patents granted in 7 fields of strategic emerging industries was obvious. The number of granted invention patents obtained by domestic applicants exceeded those obtained by foreign applicants. As to the granted invention patents of foreign applicants, applicants from Japan and the U.S. occupied absolute advantage. As to the granted invention patents, the applicant enterprise type accounted for the largest portion.
